Very good but with a major flaw!,
I just bought this case to protect my new MacBook Air. I fits perfectly and seems really sturdy.
Everything was perfect until I discover a big flaw. Because of the way the case is done the battery connector can only connect in one configuration in which the USB port just below is inaccessible (battery connector inverted).
For me it is kind of a deal breaker and I don’t know if I would have bought it knowing this…
Otherwise everything is good. I put 3 stars, not 2 because the case is still usable even with an hidden USB port.

|Looks good and built to last – All ports usable,
I have no trouble charging with the MacBook Air’s magsafe cable aimed backward and adjacent USB port fully exposed. Perhaps Incipio has redesigned the product since those shipped to previous reviewers.
The Feather case, despite the name, is fairly thick and feels very solid. It fits the MacBook Air like a glove. The matte black finish matches the Air’s keyboard and lid hinge and looks very professional.
The downsides to this case are quite minor in my view: The Apple “glowgo” does not shine through the opaque plastic and the bottom feet are made of the same soft-touch plastic as the rest of the case. This latter fact means that the case slides around fairly easy on a desk.

I’ve had this case for about three months now, and I love it. The fit is perfect, and adds so little weight/bulk to my Air.
