Metabolol II Orange,
I’ve been using this product for over 2 months and will continue to use it. I use it for my recovery drink after working out doing P90X. It really helps with the recovery process. I love the ingredients list. I don’t have to take a separate multivitamin or BCAA supplement as this has those in it already. I really like the taste of the Orange smoothie flavor. Makes it feel like I’m cheating drinking something this good.

|Great for pre-workout,
I use two scoops before strenuous track and field workouts. I prefer this to eating beforehand. No complaints, no stomach upsets, cramps, etc. It seems ‘clean’ because it washes out of the bottle easily.

|Not Met Endurance,
I was a Met Endurance faithful for years until it suddenly became unavailable (something about the Champion website and high price convinced me not to go that route). Bottom line is this is an okay meal replacement but not good for endurance events (at least for me, as I always felt a little cold after drinking it). Might be great if you feel too much warmth inside, though. And taken without working out seems to make me feel like I’m instantly gaining weight.
