Description For Body Back Company Foot Roller and Porcupine Massage Ball
The Foot Roller Massager activates pressure points releasing healing energy to regenerate the feet and benefit the whole body. Did you know that the feet have the highest concentration of nerve endings in the body? The Foot Roller Massager activates pressure points releasing healing energy to regenerate the feet and benefit the whole body. The Foot Roller massages and soothes sore and tired feet, stimulates circulation and makes the entire body feel good. Made of natural wood. The porcupine ball has hundreds of sensory nodules. When when rolled along the body they provide a kneading effect resulting in deep muscle release and increased blood flow to the affected area to promote healing. The Porcupine Massage Ball is small enough to take with you and use anywhere. Keep one at home, another at work and another in your gym bag. Easy and fun to use on yourself or a partner.

pain relief,
The wooden foot roller wonderfully relieves localized, painful tension in the foot from heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. For full healing of these conditions I also recommend you use some sort of massaging device all around your lower legs (shins and calves and ankles). This helped me recover from debilitating tendonitis.
The little spiky ball, when you place it wherever you feel tension and lie on the floor, grabs onto the muscle knot and won’t let it slip away, unlike a tennis ball. My new friend “Spike” shows my muscle knots who’s the boss. If the skin is tender, it helps to cover the ball with a terrycloth towel. A therapist once described to me that muscle knots, just before they release, will “spider up.” After a few minutes on this ball I can feel that spidering up / twitching sensation in my back, then it relaxes. When you remove the ball, the pain is replaced with a sensation of warm, healing blood flow.
The ball reaches small areas on your foot that the wooden roller can’t get to, such as between the toes. Roll it against the floor with your foot, or use your hands to roll it on the top of your foot.

|Foot Roller and Porcupine Ball,
Good product. Loosens up the muscles, tendons, etc. Provides temporary relief. Not as good as a real foot massage, but it’s a lot handier. Happy I got it.

|Relief for the Feet!,
I like having the two different pieces. I tend to use both one right after the other though I think I prefer the foot roller. THe hardness of the wood really works the foot muscles while the porcupine ball provides more a tingle sensation. I’m happy with them and they do the job when I can’t get a proper massage.
